Four ways to reach VUE: a support ticket from inside the app, email for sales, our data-protection address for UK GDPR requests, and a postal address.
Raise a support ticket from inside the app. It arrives attached to your account and your models, which means we can usually answer without a round trip asking which family you meant. You can see its status and everything we have said about it at any time. Sign in to raise a ticket
Before you do, the help centre covers every feature in the platform, and the troubleshooting section covers the things that go wrong most often — a conversion that failed, an embed showing a licensing notice, AR not launching on a phone.
Email hello@vue3d.io. If you can, attach a real .rfa from your catalogue — a family with a type catalogue and materials assigned tells us more in five minutes than a call does in an hour, and you get to see your own product rather than our demo.
You can also create an account and upload one yourself; every plan includes conversion time, so you can find out without talking to anybody.
For access requests, deletion requests, or anything else under UK GDPR, write to privacy@vue3d.io. We respond within one month, as the law requires, and usually a great deal sooner. The privacy policy sets out what we hold and why.

We are a small team in England and Wales, so we answer during UK working hours. Tickets raised overnight are picked up the next morning.
